We would like to introduce you to Sheena
Anderson, our new Christian Education Director.
Sheena is very enthused about her challenges, saying, “I look forward
to meeting new people and working in a new community with many opportunities to
help the youth programs grow.” Sheena
graduated from
Webster
City
High School
, and then from
Buena Vista
University
this past year. With triple degrees
in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Human Services, she has a broad background
of knowledge that should serve her well. Sheena
currently lives in
Webster
City
with her parents. Other important
people in her life include one sister, and her fiancé, Cory Anderson.
Cory is involved with swine management and the couple plans to be married
in October. Cory and Sheena share an
interest in NASCAR. Some of
Sheena’s other interests include scrapbooking and photography.
She looks forward to all aspects of her job, but especially to working
with teenagers. “I’m really
interested in building high school involvement.
I think it’s important to send kids into the world with a good
foundation!”
