Algona First United Methodist Church

Al has been the choir director at First United Methodist Church since 1985. Al is a 1975 graduate of Buena Vista University and taught band and vocal music in the Mallard Community Schools from 1976-1979. Shortly there after, Al moved to Kossuth County and has farmed north of Algona since where he is joined by wife, Lori and children, Kari and Michael. Other activities that Al participates in are the Burt school board, community concert board, Little league baseball, and other various church boards.
